This show was mostly an average 1998 NJHC show except for the opener…who absolutely blew our minds… After a long day at work some friends met up with me at my house. We totally blew it at this show. Obviously, the draw here was Fit For Abuse but we left pretty late and ended up missing them. We got there just as Death Threat (sadly not Deathreat) began playing. Agnostic Front set up and Roger went into some variation on “This is our first song, from our first album…” and the place went off. Played a lot of the hits plus some surprising songs from later records (such as New Jack) and an assortment of “newer” songs. They were good, but a bit sloppy. At the end of the set, they busted…

It is hilarious how infamous this show has become over the years, but, uh, yeah…it was pretty good… Floorpunch came back from their European tour in the 1999 and seemed to drop off the face of the earth. They were supposed to play a gig that May with Vision and In My Eyes (where a bunch of pics from their second LP were taken.
