I’ve always liked Look Back & Laugh, and their previous bands, but this record isn’t really grabbing me. It isn’t the music, which is just as good as their previous two full lengths and split with the mighty DropDead. The production is pretty muddy. I saw a listing online which said that these are five “unreleased” songs, so maybe these are leftovers from one of those sessions? Either way, if you like Look Back & Laugh, check this one out. They are a great band and one iffy 7″ is not going to ruin them for me.
